BAA RetailDevised, produced and delivered a live TV event based in the future world of 2012 which was attended by the senior BAA Retail Managers. It challenged management thinking on the future of airport retailing by projecting mid and long term outcome scenarios from present strategies and market forces.

Goldman SachsHeaded external team for creative and technical delivery of first non-US worldwide partners 3 day event. Transformed Grosvenor House, London with full-fit room-in-room, delivered on time and budget.
Vodafone EBUPart of external team who devised and delivered multi-level Internal Coms change programme to reinforce the business plan and promote cultural change. This involved a mix of e-mail, voice push, web enabled content, open forums, senior management events and peer-to-peer recognition for ambassadors of change. Targeted at +/-2,500 staff this ran for over two years with reviews to re-emphasise and refresh the processes.
